What do I do if only one side of my window is broken?

Unfortunately, you have to replace the whole unit (glass portion) due to the way insulated windows are produced. Both pieces have to be replaced. You can not replace one side because you won't be able to correctly seal the unit, which would allow for moisture and condensation to accumulate.
